My favourite aircraft irl consist of pretty much anything De-Havilland, but especially the DHC-6 Twin otter and the DHC-8 (Dash-8) Q400!

My favourite aircraft in Infinite Flight is the Boeing 737 MAX 8, Boeing 757-200 and Airbus A350-900!
