I asked to open tower also
Just to let you know, WSSS only has two operational runways which is (02L/20R) and (02C/20C). Runway (02R/20L) is not part of WSSS but instead WSAC.

But you are not controlling tower?!???! And Singapore is a famous airports so there are high chances of chaos
