Zurich was wild yesterday. Right after I touched down ATC went offline and as I was still braking an Aeroflot A359 crossed the runway I was on without making any callout. Then, while I was holding short a Swiss 777 took off while a Turkish 777 was still rolling.
And an Admin was right next to it. Wild moments! Some player just don’t understand what “Expert Server” means :/
It’s nothing new that some pilots don’t understand the expert servers or simply cross the runway without saying anything.
If this also applies, just don’t pay attention to the others or look at the map, is someone already close to the landing approach or is someone taking off?
This whining has been going on for a very long time.
The only thing you can do is add several features, you could also type in an inactive ATC, for example, pushback CHECK but no Taxi to … Runway, but drive straight away, this pilot should receive a penalty immediately.
What it also means is that you simply cross a runway without saying anything, if you are thrown out of the game or receive a penalty when you say: crossing runway, then you stay in the game and get away without a penalty.
Because many newbies that I have observed violate a lot of instructions or ignore everything.
But you can’t defend yourself against that.
Unfortunately you’re right. A passive ATC on Expert Server with included penalties when violated would be a great idea. That would force people to play more by the rules. But I guess it’s not easy to realize.
The Aeroflot who landed (crashed across rwy 28 and pretty much on top of me!) was reported by the controller once they had logged back in. There was a controller change happening at the time.

If you can’t understand that, then why do you join the training server? Of course, that’s where you learn how to fly.
But yes, the ATC there is miserable, but you can still understand that, or you can watch some YouTube videos.
I sometimes wonder, do people really know anything about flying? Sometimes I think you’ve never flown in your life or have never been to an airport and just watch all the flight movements.
So I find it a bit sad when you move from the Training Server to the Expert Server and then do whatever suits you.
The Expert Server is lacking expertise - let’s fix that
This is just yet another example of absolute nonsense on the “professional-grade server” that we call Expert. It truly pains me to see people not giving a care in the world if they’re ruining the experience for others, and I wish that they would stop.
I’ve seen a few times where I’ve seen the newbies doing a lot of things wrong, and then I wrote most of them a PM about what could be done better and how they could improve their mistakes.
But here it comes, some have already thanked me, some haven’t read my message yet, even though a few haven’t been in the IFC for a year, but they’re still flying.
And then there are the others who complained to the moderator and so on (boy, I just wanted to HELP) but they didn’t like it and then they got a warning from the people at the top, you can already guess who it came from.
So those who complain to those at the top could also write to me, but without typing a letter they complain right at the top (amazing).
I have to be honest and be careful with my choice of words, but something urgently needs to change here. If you want to play Infinite Flight, you should first confirm with an email ‘‘that means you have to create an account first’’ in order to play the game.
Because most games will slowly require you to register.
That’s the only reason we can help some - complain - show evidence.
If the user is no longer active after a year, they should be removed from the game.
This idea is fantastic. It would lead to a lot less trolling on the expert server. I hope the devs see this.
This just enlightened me. Some of those who are trolling aren’t aware/don’t know how to do this, and maybe in some of these cases, teaching them would actually benefit more. But for those who refuse to learn, of course they won’t change
