Yes. It is easier if you put everything in 24 hour time first.
2:00pm = 14:00
14:00 + 5 = 19:00

There is also a free app on the Apple App Store that I use often called Pilot Time which makes this conversion incredibly simple. Has the ability to show current time as well as any entered time you wanted to know.
I might do a tutorial on this in the future.
