ZTE Axon 7 Crash

Android 7.0
ZTE A2017U
I downloaded the latest infinite flight from the play store (16.12)
Issue: When I press on the app, I see the infinite flight logo for a brief second, then “infinite flight has crashed”
Troubleshooting: I cleared cache partition. Reinstalled the app. Cleared data/cache of the app. Keeps happening. I have sent several bug reports by pressing the report button on the crash message I received.

Excellent support layout 👏. Sorry I don’t know how to help but thanks for putting in the correct information.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t believe ZTE is supported, or I’ve never heard of it.

You’ve just never heard of it. There is no official support for specific brands. Just specified to Android.

Anyways, it sounds strange.

Even though i despise ZTE more than anything tech related in the whole world, it should be able to handle Infinite Flight based on the specifications of the device.
Is it rooted or anything similar?

My ZTE handles it fine. I just got done doing a round trip and it ran smoothly. Maybe you have an older phone?

Hello

Please go into your device settings > Language > Text to Speech and make sure “Google” is the enabled and preferred engine.

As long as your device is not rooted, that should fix the problem.

PM me if you need more help.
