Zach_Mayer’s ATC Tracking Thread - [CLOSED] @ N/A

Hello IF community!

I will be controlling tower at KTPA today. I will be on the frequency for the next hour or so and would love to have you stop by and challenge me with some interesting runway usage, pattern work, departures and anything else you can think of!

I am very keen on getting feedback regarding my controlling as well recommendations on how to improve. So stop on by!

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you in the skies!

Best always, Zach

Still open?

Sorry Aaron just closed again.

Hopefully I caught you during the last 20min from your last message.

Best, Zach

Open at KTPA for next 30 or so minutes.

Ok, I am going to attempt to control at VNLK for the next hour or so. With winds low this may be the perfect chance to attempt these landings!

Stop by for some adrenaline filled approaches and takeoffs.

See you in the skies!

Lukla is one of the last airports you should practice at.

You can’t fly normal patternss, there’s no ground frequency, and you can’t experience a variety of aircraft. Go for an airport that has parallel runways, can handle multiple sizes of aircraft, and is not a huge hub.

Go for KSSC,EDDT,EDDL,PGUA,PGUM. These are great for IFATC practice!

VNLK is definitely not a good practice airport :)

Thank you for the suggestions! I will be looking into PGUA for my next session!

Open at KTPA

I am sorry, what do you mean by that?
