Your sensitivity in motion

I want the perfect sensitivity for my motion controls but I cant find a one can you give me suggestions please.

I like to set my pitch at 45% and roll at 27%. That’s been the sweet spot for me, but sensitivity is a personal setting, so that may be too slow or too fast for others.
