People with the call sign YYYYYYYY and it reads it out every single time the call in for clearances, people who land and taxi all the way down the runway, people who sit on the runway on TS, when tower goes offline and people automatically think, alright, I can do whatever, when people set a flight plan right to the airport, not using stars and sids
Dear all people whose pet peeve is an aircraft at a gate which is too small for said aircraft:
Good thing they did the gate restriction features.

Zero use of UNICOM on expert server from other users/planes when there is no live ATC and only a few planes about on the ground and you are keeping everyone in the loop as to what your next move is. It’s courtesy and just a click away.
Anyone that requests TO remaining in pattern that never turns crosswind, climbs to 7,000 AGL, and requests departure to East or frequency change.
Remaining in the pattern means remaining in the pattern, not departing to another airport.
Even worse are pilots who remain in the pattern at busy fields, but fly runway heading for 20 miles before turning crosswind. Not sure if you are actually doing pattern work, and you have basically become just another arrival in a busy airspace. If there’s an approach controller, enjoy your radar patterns…
Seeing a Ryanair or easyJet at Heathrow.
People not taking off from the correct side of the airport.
People spamming ATC.
People who don’t understand that the update is not coming out yet.

Just finishing a 12 hour flight overnight, on final approach. Then wind shifts, APP mode starts to go crazy, you then try to take control, wind keeps shifting you off course, you then crash NEXT to the runway.
When people land on JFK’s 13L without flying the Canarsie approach
well now that’s a pet peeve for me as well cuz it’s closed irl for resurfacing (also includes using 31R)
That one dude who copies your flight plan AND goes faster than you to make it look like you copied their flight plan.
Also, that one person who cruises at an even altitude (FL320, FL340, FL360, etc.) flying East and who cruises at an odd altitude (FL310, FL330, FL350, FL370, etc.) flying West. East-odds and West-evens are done to prevent mid-air and head-on collisions.
Pilots that say unable to every instruction given to them 😂
- When a pilot holds short of the hold short line (on the runway side of the hold short line) - basically holding up all arriving and departing traffic
- When people decide to spawn closest to the opposite end of the active runway and spam ATC to taxi to it 🤦🏽♂️
If you look on flightradar24 you will often see planes flying west at odd altitudes and east and even altitudes (especially over the Atlantic Tracks) and (e.g Flight BY304 flies south-west but cruises at 39000/41000ft
When someone requests takeoff to “insert direction” and then changes frequency upon direction once airborne and then comes back on the frequency to request departure to the same direction…or requests a flight following to an airport thousands of miles away.
Tell me others haven’t had this:
When you’re 12 planes deep in a queue waiting for takeoff clearance and someone decides to do the “l’ll just do an intersection departure” and skip these other 15 planes who are all waiting;
When a plane decides to enter the active runway when I’m on short final;
And (worst of all), when its quite obvious there’s no time for a takeoff due to my short final but a controller still clears a takeoff after just clearing my landing.
That last one happened to me during last weeks FNF. I had to initiate a go around because I was at 300ft AGL and the aircraft was still on departure roll.

Taxiing onto the runway while you’re on final (I was flying the A380 of all planes when this happened and was forced to go around by ATC. ATC ghosted the other pilot after he DARED request takeoff again afterwards lol. This happened last week in Hong Kong).
It also goes the other way around for me (people not using the canarsie/breezy point climb or ATC not allowing it when departing on 31L/R). Both are annoying
