Airport Summary

It is managed by the French subsidiary of the Italian company Azzura Aeroporti, the public limited company Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur (ACA), the second French airport company (after Paris airport) which also administers Cannes-Mandelieu and Saint-Tropez airports.

In terms of commercial passenger traffic, it occupies third place among French airports, after the airports of Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle and Paris-Orly, the fourth and fifth positions being occupied by the airports of Marseille-Provence and Lyon-Saint-Exupéry in 2023.

The airport has two runways that can accommodate all categories of aircraft. It is the only French airport outside Paris to host the A380 on a regular flight with Emirates.

Awesome post! I’ve been living in-between Cannes and Antibes for 3 months, lovely destination. Worth mentioning that the curve approaches are flown in clear conditions while straight in approaches are usually flown when there’s significant cloud cover or late afternoons.

I like planes when they pass above you due to a worst weather near Palm Beach ;)
