Global Information

Airport KOLTSOVO (Yekaterinburg) (IATA: SVX, ICAO: USSS) - international airport of federal destination. It is located at 16 km southeast of the city center. Koltsovo is the eighth airport in Russia in terms of the volume of services for local and international airlines.

Throughout its existence, the airport has been actively developing: in the period from 1950 to 2009, it handled about 130 million passengers, received and dispatched about three million tons of cargo.

At the moment, the airport has a capacity of 8 million people per year, and terminal area of ​​more than 80,000 square meters.

The modern airport terminal complex includes spacious and technologically advanced terminals serving passengers on domestic and international flights (Terminals A and B), as well as a business aviation terminal (VIP terminal) for departing and arriving domestic and international flights. In general, the airport has 10 gates, 18 aprons, and 72 of all parking lots.

Koltsovo accept almost all wide-body aircraft, with the exception of the Airbus A380. As for light aircraft, accepting is only possible for the Fokker 50 and PC-12. (Means that only TBM-930 can be at the airport for IF purposes).

The cargo terminal can only B747-8 (with modifications) and An-124.
