Well I was taking off at Istanbul at 34R at Istanbul on Expert when they told me to takeoff 34R where the planes were taking off the. I got a level 3 violation by Magician for taking off and landing wrong runway which I wasn’t gonna land

Sometime in December 2023 I got my first level 3 violation for taking off without permission. I should actually wait on the runway but I misread it as a takeoff and as I noticed I was taking off without permission I was already at 75 knots and I got a lvl 3 vio while braking

Closest I’ve gotten was probably looking away from my device on descent and coming back to an on-guard from an approach controller who had just come online, the new IFATC can control anywhere policies keep you on your toes.

My first level 2 violation was like in 2022, I was descending into a very busy EGLL and ATC gave me an instruction to descend into a certain altitude and turn to a certain heading, but for some reason I decided to stick to my flight plan and it was totally my fault. I ended up getting a level 2 violation for not following instructions. 😅😂
