I was coming in for an approach into puerto Plata from Miami. As i was approaching, this united does something unimaginable.
Everything is looking normal, fully configured for landing and speed is set to its calculated vspeed → 151 knts.
This united has arrived from Miami and is backtracking the runway at 28 GS knts. As i am on final he slows down to around 10 knots.
I begin to go-around and he starts doing a 180 turn, he then starts to roll down the grass and got a tailstrike. This is not how the expert server is to be played.
