"You already have a subscription"

I recently decided to renew my live+ subscription and after entering my iTunes account password the app said that I already owned a subscription (I thought it would have stacked if I really had one), after restoring purchases I still had nothing and I’m unsure what to do.

Latest IF version
Latest iOS (not any beta version)

It will always say that after you purchased the sub before… It should say, “Renew” or something similar to that… From what I remember. Just hit Renee and you should be good to go; if this doesn’t help, please provide a picture :) Hope it Helps! @Liam_Williams

But I can’t access live, the subscription sceeen comes up.

It told me that too but hats only because I wanted to renew before the date of expiration

Press the Subscription Button then send us the screenshot :)

I’m using the app I can’t see any button that says renew. There’s a sub page maybe you were just generalizing, but I can’t find a renew button.

You first have to press the Button to buy the subscription @Liam_Williams Then the “renew” or “cancel” options should appear

It asks yu to log in when you press live under that it says “already have a subscription?” Press that then you’ll see the renew/ cancel
