When I’m doing a long haul flight, when I finish it and click « End Flight » I do ‘t receive ANY XP.

You need to be flying on any of the multiplayer servers in order to accumulate stats.
Flying “Single Player” will not give you any stats that counts towards your grade. And based on what I’m seeing, you don’t have a subscription and can’t fly on multiplayer for that reason.
This also answers the second part of your question - yes, as it requires multiplayer access you will need to have PRO subscription in order to use ATC features.
So, without pro I cannot be an ATC?
That’s correct, as it’s part of the multiplayer service.
