When I first connect the Xbox controller and then launch the Infinite Flight app, the controller works fine. However, if the connection drops while playing the app and I reconnect it, the controller no longer functions. It shows that it’s connected to the device, but only the Infinite Flight app doesn’t recognize the controller. What should I do? It’s the same issue with both wired and wireless connections.

With the Elite series of controllers, you can link them via Bluetooth to your device, I believe. Then you got to the IF settings>controls page and make your binds!
It’s been a thing for several years. On Android, 10 years.
iOS I don’t remember since that came with an iOS update.

My phone works when I reconnect my controller during playing infinite flight I think iPad infinite flight app doesn’t have re-detection
didn’t know that. I am very surprised to hear that you can play this mobile game with a literal gaming controller.
If you use controller this game becomes almost pc simulator
How smooth is the responsiveness to input?
It has no delay for playing

There was same issue 3years ago and staff said they Will fix but until now it hasn’t fixed….
Pls update ios system enable to reconnect with controller this problem has been going on for 3 years pls fix this bug pls…….
Clear cache of the app and remove that controller from controls section of IF.
