How do you run over a ground worker’s foot?

No idea, could’ve been moving when he didn’t expect it to?

This is how:

A Rossiya Airbus A319-100, registration VP-BWG performing flight FV-6620 from London Gatwick,EN (UK) to Saint Petersburg (Russia), was being pushed back for departure when the aircraft was stopped, emergency services responded to attend to a ground worker, who became trapped with his foot under one of the aircraft’s wheels. Emergency services released the man and airlifted the ground worker with serious injuries to a hospital. The aircraft was subsequently returned to the gate, the passengers disembarked.

The airport reported an incident took place in which a ground worker received injuries.

Rosaviatsia reported on Apr 3rd 2018, that the aircraft had received clearance for push back and was pushed back. The park brake was set after the push back was finished and the ground workers began to disconnect the push back vehicle from the aircraft, this however did not work. The ground crew asked the flight crew to release the parke brake, the vehicle moved and the nose wheels fell onto the ground worker’s foot. Emergency services responded.

Oh my. How do you die a month and a half later?

Where’s Max? Doesn’t he usually write this?

Max says there wasn’t enough demand for these topics. @Aussie_Wombat liked this series so he decided to continue it!

He stopped doing it because no one was interested he said. So I decided it would be nice to have it up, because I liked it

I’m pretty sure I heard this… there was a massive thunder clap and I checked Flightradar to see a VOZ 737 overhead.

That’s pretty weird. Was it the same one involved in the incident?

Not too sure, although it was very stormy that evening. There was no warning before it rolled in either.
