Since the retirement of the series of @MaxMustang’s Wkly Aviation incident Report, I have decided to revamp not saying this will be better, I’m just starting it up again. Because I, for one, personally liked reading these reports, some were quite interesting. So here’s the list for the Week:

What is with these bird strikes. I am serious. Most engine failures result from a faulty engine problem internally or from a bird. Should this be the pilots responsibility to make sure it is safe to start their roll… of course a bird strike could and will happen anywhere. I still think this could’ve got prevented.

Edit: whoops, contradicted myself. Im still with my claim. The problem is a threat and it couldve been prevented like any other disaster.
