Hello, I would like to report a glitch about AP+. When I exit the flight after turning the AP+ on, it shows wrong ETA on the home screen of the AP+ Flight. As a matter of fact, it actually shows fuel time left instead of real ETA (ETA for egll to fact was 10 hrs 23 mins while the fuel time remaining was 12 hours 34 mins as captured in the pic below).
Just to make sure we’re on the same page here: ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival, with a colon on the timer) says the time you will arrive. For example, “ETA: 12:34” is saying you will arrive at 12:34pm on your device’s set timezone. This number shouldn’t change until you re-enter the flight, as AP+ currently keeps a constant ground speed.
The panel also cycles to ETE (Estimated Time En-route, with a “h” on the timer), and something like “ETE: 10h23” says you will arrive in 10 hours and 23 minutes, counting down as time goes by.
Your screenshot is showing ETA, with a colon. Maybe it was a coincidence that your fuel remaining displayed the same number as your arrival time?
ETA is the time you arrive, not the time UNTIL you arrive. (ETE)
