Would you Rather: IF edition Part 2

I chose #1 because that is at least somewhat survivable. No one is lasting that long in bad weather without ending up like Southern Airways Flight 242.

Well number 1 could also end up like this

Also 22 survived southern 242 while only 2 survived Jeju 2216

If you are careful, the Belly landing has a better chance of survival. The comparison between Southern 242’s survivors and Jeju 2216’s survivors in invalid as there is a major difference in the terrain that they impacted. I doubt any aircraft will last very long, modern or otherwise, in #2.

What aircraft poll/s would you aviators want to see in the future?

  • 747-400 vs 767-300
  • ATR-72 vs MD80
  • A330-200 vs A350-1000
  • 767-300 vs A330-200
  • A340-300 vs A330-200

I must admit, these are some difficult choices, for example the B767-300 vs A330-200 would make me sweat. But I think the poll between the ATR-72 and MD-90 would be massively won by the ATR. I would choose for that poll just to get the ATR (a niche aircraft) into the Sim.

Something called college and life besides IF has taken significant priority over BTF. I am about 60-65% done with it.
I’m currently on spring break and will try to dedicate a few hours over the next week to work on it

Anchorage!

What is Bountiful?

It’s a small GA airport about 3 miles NE of Salt Lake City international airport

Are you modelling it?

Indeed I am! It’s my 9th airport and 1/4 that I’m currently working on
