What's the strangest thing you've seen other pilots do?

What is the most strangest or unusual thing you’ve seen another pilot do around the airport, taxiways, runways or in the sky? For me it’s seeing another pilot jump from one taxiway to my taxiway and taxi at 30 knots to cut in front of me cause they took the wrong taxiway and decided to jump the “median” to get to the correct taxiway. Another is a pilot using the whole runway and only reaching 120 knots and trying to takeoff with no flaps set (that could I see at least)
