Is it possible to do a world tour in only one flight?
I was thinking about to try with an A350, B772 LR or B789, starting with full fuel load and no passengers and cargo. Following strong winds over the ocean.

He means doing the entire World Tour stops (either the 1, 2, 3, or 4) in one session. I do have a question. Are you going to use AP+ or are you going to do it one just one session and leave it on overnight?
It depends on what you mean by “world tour”. If you mean circumnavigating the Earth, it’s possible if you just fly a line of latitude that is north or south enough. The 77L has a zero-wind range of about 16000 nm which equates to around 42 degrees North or South. Barring any glitches this is as far as you can go on one tank.

My plan is to start in japan to go trough the pacific, then pass the US, mediterranean sea and then see till where it can go. Trying to return to japan…

Many years ago, my friends tried KC-10 to refuel each other in the air to achieve a super-long flight.
(Don’t forget that IF can also refuel in the air!)
I don’t know how the burn works with AP+, but the 77L has by far the longest non-AP+ range. However, other planes may have a longer range inside AP+ on account of being buggier.
This should be possible even without AP+. I mapped this route Tokyo-LA-NYC-Sicily-Tokyo and it came out to 16400 nm. While this is >16000, you should have a big tailwind the whole time so it should be fine. Assuming AP+ burn is still way less than normal, this is no problem.

Yep, I did this for my world tour here without AP+. Couldn’t use it as the F-18 I used burns significantly more fuel than if I flew it actively.
I’ve done this before twice. I flew around the world in a B777F for as long as I could, stopping only at ATC controlled hub airports and other special airfields with one flightplan, using AP+ to exit the game when I could. The longest I made it to was around 200 hours of flight time. However, I did run into a few game breaking bugs unfortunately. My guess is these happened because my flight was active for so long. One of them was whenever I landed, my aircraft would just noclip through the ground. So I couldn’t land. And that was the end of my last “world tour” :c
