Working RMI or HSI

I made a request about an improved HSI a while ago here:

In preparation for Global, I propose that an improved HSI be implemented in IF. If you are unfamiliar with an HSI, here is a Wikipedia article explaining it: As of right now, the sim has a HSI comprised of a CDI and heading indicator. The current CDI however, only has the options of tracking ILS localizers and GPS approach deviation. With global coming, navigation will have to be improved.
