Michelle Köbke, a 30-year-old woman hailing from Berlin, is currently in love with a plane. When I say love, I mean she’s currently in a relationship with a Boeing 737-700 operated by Scandinavian Air Service. Now, you may be thinking, why a plane? Apparently, Köbke finds all 737-700s attractive, but specifically this one, SE-RES. Apparently, she sees the 737-700 as very beautifully built and elegant. One of the things that really stands out for her are its winglets, as she described in an interview.
“It’s like a normal relationship, we have relaxing evenings together and when we go to bed, we cuddle and fall asleep together.”
Köbke apparently has a 1.6 meter long model of a 737-700 that she sleeps with every night. A lot of us on the forum might find aircraft being attractive, but I don’t think a lot have an intimate relationship with one. What do you think? Do you love an airplane like this woman does?
