WMBT RWY20 Approach

Hey
Today, I practiced at WMBT Approach runway 20 and I did approach map with short movie.
I want to share with you, what I made.
This airport is very difficult but I like challenges.
It’s my approach and all values can change.
Please, tell something about it.
I hope that helped you.

Happy and safe landings!

Descending with 12000 ft/m seems a bit… exaggerated.

A319 at WMBT…umm, little too big for the runway there.

My friend landed there a B744 :D

Lol I usually descent at 2500 ft/m

Well done!!! I also landed there a couple of times to practice with a 737-700 and its really difficult. You did a really good landing though.

You shouldn’t land with spoilers in flight mode

@Flying-Switzerland In some steep approach cases you are, like London City :)

Yeah but for realistic side that’s bad ;-)

I’m joking 🙃

Very cool approach and great landing.

I only saw around 1200ft/m max descent rate?

Of course you can use them in flight. They are routinely used in the descent and approach in the real world where necessary for descent rate and speed control.

Yes, in the video. The chart stated 12000 ft/m. It’s of course a typo, I just thought it was a little fun ;)

Ok, record how do you land A319 on 02.
I’m waiting. :D

It was a Cessena 208. To land an A319, put in just beneath MLW, plunge down, pull up and land. Oh and by the way, all of this with 0 flaps. You might also have casualties

Respect.
I’ll try ;)
