With Autopilot+, Can you do a 2nd flight while another one is ongoing?

I was just wondering this because im going to do a SIN-JFK Flight, However i also wanna do a LAS - JFK flight while the other one is ongoing. So i was wondering if you can do multiple flights at once or not
