Since I got home from school for the holidays on December 10th, it has been unseasonaly warm with a disgusting lack of precipitation; this changed the night of the 25th though. Over the last 3 days the valley has seen 10 inches while the mountains saw about 20! Then today the skies cleared completely with a high of 10 degrees F which made for the most perfect spotting conditions after a busy morning at work! Im not gonna crowd this section with much commentary so lets get into the pictures!

Starting off with what I came to the airport for is Delta’s daily 757 from Atlanta Georgia with the Sleeping Indian towering over the airport and keeping it safe from the east side of the valley.
Next up is United’s first Denver turn of the day departing 3 hours late for reasons I’m not sure about.

One of my favorites of the day was this FlexJet Challenger 3500 heading down to Stuart Florida
Last but certainly not least is the same CRJ7 peek-a-boo’ing through the trees as it climbs out of the valley on the ALPIN4 departure!
