Wing Markings on Boeing 777-300ER

Only Emergency Pathway that has been implemented on Infinite Flight (Like B737, E190). So Far, B77W is the only aircraft that equipped with black strips IRL (And some of JAL’s B772).

Actually I prefer the present wings. Though i prefer this for realism

I think its to shows where the landing gear is while taxing. The pilots check the camera on the tail and it shows where the gear is under the wing to they stay on the taxiway :)

Maybe, I don’t know that those Black stripes have so many functions

He’s simply explaining the same old thing as @AR_AR

Sorry, Didn’t realise someone had already commented the same thing :)

Maybe soon, if the update is out about June/July, there’s still a time for about 1 or 2 Months to go. :)
I’m Hoping this feature would appear

Me too! If this Feature added, I’ll have no reason to not use B77W ;)

This would be awesome if it was added

Agree! It will make B77W more complete ;)

Scince its maybe too late but it would be cool

I don’t think it’s too late if Matt had took notice of this awhile ago since the 777 is still being reworked

Yup, I can’t stop to say a “Thank You” to the devs if this feature is going to happen! :D

If they notice this it sure will be added…

Yup, as this feature is already added on newer ones (e.g B737 family, Embraers, A320 family)

Here is a better example of the Wing Markings. It would be a great addition for 77W if it gets reworked in future

  • Speed Strips (Black Stripes) : These stripes are used to identify Icing easily.
  • Emergency Pathway : This is used for Emergency Evacuation via Wingdoors

This beautiful photo is taken by Mark A Harris after 9V-SWS took off from YSSY
