also I cannot read what you are writing
That airport is somewhere in Italy
and that writing is the METAR @GreatLeader
I think that is the point.
There is no airport with “META” as ICAO?

If META is the icao code its not in Italy. All italian airport codes start with LI.
the airport, the wind blew it away so that is why there is no airport called META

Try typing META i to the IF search bar. Nothing comes up
I can’t find anything in our systems or by doing a Google search.
I can only assume it’s some sort of a glitch on the website

Well, Meta is a city in Italy, at the south of Sicily.
But currently there is no airport at the City of meta, the nearest is the Naples one
I just checked the IATA and ICAO databases and couldn’t find an airport with the name META. I guess it’s just a glitch with the website.
Also there is this statement on the website

Never seen the term “no carrier ring connect” in a METAR. As others said above probably a bug on their end. The no carrier thing probably indicates that as that shouldn’t be in a METAR as far as I know. Also, there’s no ICAO in there that is valid so it doesn’t link to an airport. Think we can rule this out as an issue on their end if they can’t trace it back to an airport.
Having been a long time user of this website, I can confirm that such glitches have happened before. Feel free to read the disclaimer on their website. It clearly states that all data may not be reliable or accurate. Here’s a screenshot of it
