I am currently flying from SEA (Seattle)-EFHK(Helsinki) on the Expert Server. I will be passing through Gander Oceanic, and many other Centers, most of which, I will be flying over, but wont be present at the time being. If they send on guard messages multiple times, as they do often, will I ghosted/reported for not contacting them?

No, if your status is shown as away for the controllers. You are shown as away after 2 mins of not touching your screen.
