Wierd lag on the F-22

On the left of the F-22 it’s written FF AF 03 42 and all these codes and stuff

But on the right, there is not a single word
Is this a bug?
Or a new feature?

I think it is just the markings on the plane. But I may be wrong

Its the aircraft’s code for its fighter squadron, in this case, the 27th Fighter Squadron: 27th Fighter Squadron - Wikipedia

Also, next time, please make sure your title is related to the topic. At first, I thought this was a report for lag on the F-22… ;)
