Thank you for the report. I am not too familiar with Indonesia, but after a quick Google search, it appears that Riau is a providence in Indonesia, and the two should indeed be flipped.
I have forwarded this to the editors to be looked into.

Well yes, its should be
Pekanbaru, Riau (Province), then Indonesia (Country)
