With 450 kts airspeed you will blow through the limit of 550 kts groundspeed. For reference, at FL280, 300-320 kts airspeed will keep you around M.80-.85.
Your ground speed was about 735 if I remember correctly. The limit is 550GS due to the new rules. That is why I ghosted you and you had no warning. Do slow down next time (:
