Trying to get from grade 3 to 4. Suddenly I’m downgraded to level 1???
Why? System was sluggish and non-responsive this morning before it happened. Is there a problem with IF?

Can you provide screenshots please. And also is there any chance you could have been doing flights outside of the regions??
Maybe because if you were flying out of the region, the grading may have dropped.

Click upload then it will ask you to select the image then you wait for it to upload and it’s done.
So, tried that. But file is too large… and it’s just a screenshot… how would I make that smaller? Sorry for asking:-)

I see now that 6 violations were added this morning. Guess something went wrong when my ipad got stuck this morning😞

It might be because you haven’t reached enough flight time or landings in the last 90 days… could you confirm this?

If on an ios device, go into the photos app then crop your picture

You can find out what your Grade stats are from the User Account tab in the app. First tap the top right of the launch screen (before starting a flight) on your user name. You will then be able to view your Grade grid by touching the little highlighted letter “i” to open it. All Grades will appear in a left to right ascending Grade list with yours (indicated by the word “You”) at the furthest right. Review each Grade column and compare to yours. Orange digits in a column mean you currently do not have the qualifying stat needed for that Grade.
The rest is pretty self explanatory so I’ll leave it at that. If you have more questions just ask. :)
