I only do so at the airports however.
@whyevenbothernaming Oh yeah, SFO but honestly whichever airport. They’re all still very badly lit and also i would appreciate it too if the Landing lights were useful in this situation, but they also aren’t! They certainly make other players see you but don’t make you see the ground better, no reflection at all 🤷
Thx for agreeing, I can’t imagine having a phone with even a little bit less bright screen, wouldn’t see anything

That’s one way to deal with it. Sometimes, however, it’s always nice to see the airport’s bright lights from the edge of the runway (or, even better, from the skies!).
Yes indeed! Makes the game more fun and realistic. The texture aren’t the best even in mobile sim terms let’s be honest so this would make up for the fact a little bit. I’m not looking down on IF at all it has the best and largest mobile flight sim community, but a lot to work on too
I wish i could contribute that in the features category, still don’t have the “trust level” unfortunately

It’s especially prevalent in major 2D airports. There are very large airports that are 2D that look very basic. From 40000 feet, there is almost no difference between them and grass airfields.
If you’re looking to contributing by editing airports yourself, you don’t need to make a features request. Instead, you can join the simulator’s airport editing staff.

@whyevenbothernaming agreed and all of them are prefab. IF just made their texture selection to choose from when designing. The only texture not limited to the design restriction is tower i believe, which is a shame we could have a lot nicer designed airports. On the other hand it does speed up new 3D airports being created a lot

It’s probably because infinite flight in 2018 was difficult I think
