Why isn't ATIS used more on IF

I know IF Live has ATIS but I have only seen it once actually on atc frequency while I’m playing. I think they should actually use it .

It had major lagging issues. We all know the PG danger zone (SoCal)

Also ATIS was removed temporarily from ATC because it didn’t work well. It will be redone some day.
