I’ve been running into this problem ever since the a10 rework (that’s years ago now)
I’d be on final and the airport would just not load, at all. None of the taxiways are there, none of the runways. Even on the map it doesn’t show anything.

Hello, have you tried clearing your scenery cache? This usually works for me
Two different issues:
If you’ve had this since the A-10 update, your connection or your service providers connectivity to our content delivery network isn’t the best which results in scenery cache not loading properly.
The most prominent issue occuring right now would be that highly detailed 3D airports fails to load under certain conditions (we have a pretty good lead on why). This issue have started to appear fairly recent and are under investigation.
I should have worded it differently. I’ve had the issue every now and then since the a10 update on days when my wifi wasn’t being the nicest but since 3D buildings it has become more common.
If it’s known about and it’s being worked on that’s all I really needed to know tbh 😂
