Why is my restore purchase not working?

I bought something I didn’t want and I’m pressing the button to restore my purchases but it isn’t working

You will have to contact the Playstore or iOS to request a refund.

Mate:
If you press “restore purchase” that means that you can re-download your previous purchases .
If you want a refund go:
Apple : http://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Google: tap my account- my orders- refund

What about Kindle Fire HDX? Is that possible. I got the 737-800 hoping it was a different cockpit and it wasn’t so a refund would be nice.
