Why is my Discord not linking to my IF account

Salutations fellow aviator’s and staff.
I recently encountered a problem with linking my Discord account to my Infinte Flight Simulator pro account. Whenever the game takes me to the sign in/log in segment of linking said accounts, I’ve authorized my Discord account but Infinite Flight claim’s that ,“There was an error validating this account with the provider.”
Can someone please assist with my mishap
