Yesterday it was announced that beta testing for 20.3 would be available to TL2 and TL3 users. After seeing this I immediately wanted to up my TL level so that I could beta test. I searched how to up your TL and came across a form showing what you need to reach TL2 after this I went to check my stats and found that they match the requirements. I waited 24 hours but I am still not TL2. Will anyone be able to answer why?
