Why don’t I see any other players when I’m on multiplayer?

I’m in grade 2 but I don’t see any planes and plus I checked grade 1 but I still don’t see any other planes.
So yeah…
I checked the plane count and I put it on medium and high but it still doesn’t work
I’ve refreshed the app and it still doesn’t work even I reseted my phone but it still doesn’t work.
If you find a way to fix this thank you

Plus if my grammar is bad sorry

Maybe turn off Hide Airplane dots answell as airplane names

Are you in training server because it is currently down, wait until the staff can fix it.
