I just wasted 15 hours of my life. Someone tell me why this app keeps crashing, especially on final approach. Someone shouldn’t have to waste a whole day only to see their sim crashing

A possible reason for your app to crash is that the graphics may be too high or your device needs to load a lot of things and for that you have to specify which iPad model it is (you can see this in settings → general → about)
You may be using a low end device which can have troubles running the app if the graphics are high or there’s a lot of things the be loaded
I use all graphics low, I even had my aircraft count set to none at the time.
Alright sometimes the app crashes even if there’s no need for it to happen, I run my iPhone 14 at max settings and rarely experience crashes (last time occurred 6 months ago)
As for your device, the iPad 6th generation was released in 2018 making it 7 years old with 7 year old hardware which may not be the best when running a game like Infinite Flight
Here’s the thing though, sometimes it crashes, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s either a pattern or I just happen to be one of the unluckiest persons here
Well, I just have to deal with it, it’s painful running very low graphics but it works
That’s how it is, you can expect a crash on a long flight flying between congested airports and be perfectly fine while the app crashes in an empty corn field
Both OMDB and KDFW were basically untouched in that period I was flying
Both airports are large and 3D and the amount of objects at them could be a reason why your app crashed
Or my device just has a skill issue and can’t do flights over 15 hours, looks like I have restricted flight time
