why sometimes the view or reply counter change to orange?

The more “red” the view/reply count is, the more activity the topic has. It’s a feature of Discourse.

It changed based on how many replies are on a topic I think and the more colour the more active it is

It is split into three sections: views, like & posting
Additionally, it is also a like:post ratio which determines how much it should be highlighted. This is subject to change as system changes values depending on site activity.
