Why Does PLDT and Infinite Flight Not Work Together?

Current Network: PLDT (Philippine Long Distance Telephone)
Past Network: Converge
Current Device and IOS Software: iPad Air 5 - IOS 16.6

I can’t seem to load into the loading screen while using regular PLDT WiFi. It works sometimes by using a VPN. I’ve heard there’s something wrong with Infinite Flight’s content delivery network and PLDT itself. If there are any updates between the two I would be happy to know. :)

Hello!

The issue is with PLDT. There’s been issues with both network loops and packet drops from them towards our CDN.

Unfortunately we don’t have much to update on that now since there’s not been any reports of issues for our users the past few weeks.

Same with Smart Communications, in my case IF stuck on loading screen when launching the app itself, i just relaunch IF app after 30+ secs being stuck on loading screen
