Why Does My Second Device Only Have 2 ATC/Pilot Voices?

Device:
Operating system:

Hi everyone,

I’m using a second phone (HONOR) to play Infinite Flight and noticed something strange: under Online > Pilot Voice, I only have two voice options, both labeled “English #01” and “English #02”. They sounded horrrrrrrrrrrible. I honestly find them very unpleasant to listen to.

On my main phone, I have over 20 voices to choose from in the same menu. Why is my second phone limited to just 2 voices?

Both devices are running the same Infinite Flight version (25.1.2), and I’m logged into the same account.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can unlock more voices on my second phone?

Thanks!

That lack of voices is due to your phone not having the voices, it’s not IF. I’m not exactly sure how to get more voices on your phone since I’m not familiar with Honor however I’ll try and find out

@dejaVu what exact HONOR model do you have?

HONOR 300 (AMM-AN00)

main phone: Samsung s25+

Okay, so, as @Cwaker said above, the voice options for ATC are based on the phone capabilities and not on IF. For instance, Apple has far fewer options than many Samsung or other android devices. In this case, after a few minutes of searching on ChatGPT, I found that the HONOR 300 series device only has 2 male options, and some sources say a female option as well, although others denied that. Thus, as long as you are using that device, it is highly likely that you will only have those two options. Unfortunately there just isn’t anything IF or you can do, except use a different device. I’m sorry, but I hope this helps!
