Why does my plane always seem to pitch up during criuse?

So I’ve been flying infinite flight for almost 2 and a half years now, but there’s one thing I’ve never been able to figure out. That is why does my plane always seem to pitch up even when it’s not climbing??
Am I doing something wrong?? Are my weight and balance incorrect?

Here’s a pic of how it looks!

Do help me out on this.

That’s normal. The weight of your plane would make your plane drop if the nose was at 0 degrees pitch. To compensate, the nose is lifted so your FPV is at 0 degrees, and hence cruise. The lighter you get the lower your nose will be as it will be easier to match FPV and nose, hence to reduce the AOA.

Thanks a lot @MxP…I thought I am doing something wrong. And also can u help me on how to use trim during landing and takeoff?

Positive trim makes it easier to lift up the nose, that’s why you use positive trim when landing and taking off. In IF the trim should be at a value, so that the little pink line in your trim settings box disappears.
During landing, the positive trim will help you pull up before touchdown, and during departure, it will help you to climb more easily. It basically helps you to tilt your device less, and thus it is recommended to use it depending on your own feeling. There is no fixed value that is recommended, so just play around with it and see which value can help you lift your nose.

The correct trim is the trim that feels the most comfortable to fly with. But a good rule of thumb is use 30% trim for take off and landing, adjust it if necessary. When adjusting your trim, do it in small steps or else you may shake your plane violently.

Oh alright! Also, assuming you’re flying on some long-haul flight and somehow your route takes you through a controlled FIR. But you’re AFK, is there a way to indicate the ATC that you’re AFK?

It will appear automatically.

Wait, how?

Wdym, if you don’t touch your screen for 1 minute it will display that you are away. ATC can then see how long you have been away for.

Oh ok!! Alright, i thought its something you have to do manually

You can see the ATC view in this video. When you see the aircraft as strips on the right side during controlling, you’ll see a green dot. This one will turn yellow once the player hasn’t touched their device. If you see someone flying around you right now, you can also click their plane once on your map and you’ll see if he’s “Active” or “Away x minutes/hours”.
