Hello! You can be downgraded to a lower “grade” by the 2 reasons below:

  • The rolling 90 day landing count
  • The rolling 90 day fight time

Edit: and ATC reports/violations

Might be your 90 day landing or possibly you got a report from THE ATC

okay i will check my reports thanks y’all

The main reason for these rolling counts is so people would have to be committed if they want to stay G4/G5.

It happens at any grade. Even Grade 2 if you don’t fly for a while.

If you don’t fly at all for over 3 months you can actually drop down to Grade 1 I think.

Hey. It happens to everyone. I was off at college and dropped a grade. It happens so just make sure you aim to meet the minimum requirements for the grade you’re aiming for.
