Why do TNCM and TAPA have orange circles around them?

I have found out that TNCM and a few other airports have TFRs around them does anyone know why?

Those airports are closed during the FNF event. They will reopen after the event

They’re currently orange because the TFRs aren’t active yet. Once the FNF begins, they will turn red.
