I was taking off DTW on expert server and on the yellow runway 22L. In any aircraft, why do I start turning to the right when taking off. This happens at about 150-160 kts
This is because you have a crosswind while taking off. I think yellow means crosswind anyways. The wind is pushing you to the side. I would reccomend to use rudder.

You should also use aileron deflection into the wind to prevent a wing strike, as well as keeping you level on takeoff roll. As the tutorial above will explain in greater detail.
