Why can't I use ATC in expert server?

Just wanted to know why I can’t control in Expert Server. I can only control in the Training server’s only (which btw doesn’t give me an operations count, as it says “Operations: 0”). I wonder why?

Only IFATC members have the ability to control on expert. You can’t see your operations until you become an Advanced ATC member.
