Why can I not type in features and how can I have access to it?

This is because you have not reached Trust Level 2 here on the forum which grants access to making feature topics. This gives an in-depth view on how to advance your TL.
Trust Levels are a way of staggering the access users have to this forum’s features. We do this so people can have a chance to learn the rules, so they can have the ability to progress over time, and to protect this forum from spam.
